Volleyball Recap: Patterson Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Patterson lost against Catholic - N.I. back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Lumberjacks came up short against the Panthers, falling 3-0.

While Patterson was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Catholic - N.I.'s winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-9, 25-10.

Catholic - N.I. can attribute much of their success to Gracie Neck, who had five digs and three aces. That's the most aces Neck has posted over her last seven matchups.

Patterson dropped their record down to 4-11 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Catholic - N.I., they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-12 record this season.

Patterson has already played their next match, a 3-1 victory against Hanson Memorial on the 16th. As for Catholic - N.I., they will face off against West St. Mary at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
