St. Francis entered their tilt with Heritage Christian on Tuesday with nine consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with ten. They walked away with a 6-3 win over the Patriots. This was payback for the Mariners, who suffered a 6-3 loss the last time these two teams met.

Kingston Liddell was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He didn't allow a single earned run while striking out eight over 4.1 innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in April of 2024. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with two RBI and one run.

In other batting news, Noah Heitman was excellent, going 2-for-4 with two RBI, one run, and one double. Isaiah Gutierrez was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.

St. Francis' victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-6. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.6 runs over those games. As for Heritage Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-7.

St. Francis will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Patriots: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
