Oakland Tech's found some homefield redemption this week after a overtime loss to Windsor on Monday. The Bulldogs put the hurt on the Fremont Tigers with a sharp 16-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won nine contests by seven runs or more so far this season.

Hayden Burton was a standout: he went 3-for-4 with four stolen bases, four RBI, and two runs. Those four stolen bases gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Jordan Smith, who went 3-for-4 with three runs, four RBI, and one stolen base.

Oakland Tech's victory bumped their record up to 13-9. As for Fremont, their loss was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-6.

As of now, neither Oakland Tech nor the Tigers have any future games scheduled.
