Soccer Recap: Providence Plays to a Tie

For the first time this season, Providence was forced to settle for a draw. They and the Greenwood Christian Academy Cougars finished up their contest with a 1-1 draw on Saturday.

Providence's draw gives them a new season record of 0-2-1. Meanwhile, Greenwood Christian Academy's record is now 1-0-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Providence will head out to take on Floyd Central at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Greenwood Christian Academy, they will venture away from home to challenge Indianapolis Scecina Memorial at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
