Soccer Game Preview: Gunn vs. Monta Vista

Gunn is likely headed into the game with a focus on the second half, which is when things went downhill against Milpitas on Thursday. Gunn took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Milpitas. The Titans' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Meanwhile, Monta Vista entered their contest against Saratoga on Thursday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. Monta Vista fell just short of Saratoga by a score of 2-1. That's two games in a row now that the Matadors have lost by just one goal.

Their goal came courtesy of Hossein Dastgah, which was the first he's scored this season.

Gunn's defeat dropped their record down to 6-4-5. As for Monta Vista, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-4-4.
