Volleyball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Midway + How To Watch

Midway entered their tilt with Spring Creek on Thursday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They put the hurt on the Gators with a sharp 3-0 win. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since October 21, 2019, but that streak is no more.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Midway was: they took every set by at least 12 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-11, 25-13.

Kaedyn Moran paced Midway's offense, picking up 14 kills. Moran got some help from Ella Clark and her 23 assists. Gracyn Hall controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Midway's victory bumped their record up to 9-3. As for Spring Creek, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-14.

Looking ahead, Midway will challenge Cape Fear at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Spring Creek, they will take on Hobbton at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
