Soccer Recap: Northern Durham Comes Up Short

Northern Durham was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 9-0 to the Chapel Hill Tigers. While losing is never fun, Northern Durham can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 393rd, while Chapel Hill are ranked 154th).

Northern Durham's loss dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Chapel Hill, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-7-1 record this season.
