Kadon Mercer Game Report: @ Hillsboro

Marion was sadly handed a defeat on Tuesday, but Kadon Mercer did his best to prevent it. Mercer pitched six innings while giving up just two earned (and four unearned) runs off eight hits. The effort also marked the fewest walks (one) he has had since back in March.

Mercer and Marion will face off against Sedgwick at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The last time Mercer duked it out with the Cardinals (back in May of 2024), the Warriors came out on top by a score of 6-1.
