Basketball Recap: Napoleon Comes Up Short

Napoleon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. The game between them and the Defiance Bulldogs didn't end well, with the Napoleon Wildcats falling 53-38. The Wildcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bulldogs apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2023.

Napoleon's record now sits at 6-10. As for Defiance, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Napoleon Wildcats duke it out with the Bowling Green Bobcats at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Defiance, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Bath at 7:30 p.m. One thing working in Bath's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three contests.
