Volleyball Recap: Boca Raton Finds Playoff Glory Versus Stoneman Douglas

It's playoff time, and Boca Raton had no trouble coming through when it counted. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over the Stoneman Douglas Eagles on Thursday. Winning may never get old, but the Bobcats sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Boca Raton can attribute much of their success to Hadley Clark, who had 29 digs and two assists. With that strong performance, Clark is now averaging an impressive 10.1 digs per game.

Boca Raton's victory bumped their record up to 10-11. As for Stoneman Douglas, they moved to 12-3 with that loss, which also ended their three-match winning streak.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Boca Raton will welcome Doral Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Stoneman Douglas, they will head out to square off against Palmetto at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
