Soccer Recap: Lago Vista Comes Up Short

Lago Vista was the 1-0 winner over Eastside Early College when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Lago Vista Vikings fell just short of the Eastside Early College Panthers by a score of 3-2 on Friday.

Lago Vista's defeat dropped their record down to 9-5. As for Eastside Early College, with the victory, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-6.

Looking ahead, Lago Vista will be playing in front of their home fans against Northeast Early College at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Northeast Early College will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Lago Vista surely won't give up without a fight. As for Eastside Early College, they will head out on the road to face off against Travis at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
