Brandywine faced Concord in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Wednesday. The Bulldogs were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Raiders. This was a revenge game for the Bulldogs: when they faced off against the Raiders back in April, they had to take a 3-1 defeat.

Brandywine's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-7. As for Concord, their loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 7-1 and their overall record down to 9-5.

Brandywine does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Concord, they will face off against Caesar Rodney at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Riders will roll in looking for their 14th straight victory, something the Raiders surely won't give up without a fight.
