Soccer Recap: Ottawa Comes Up Short

After flying high against LaSalle-Peru last Wednesday, Ottawa came back down to earth. The Pirates came up short against the Sycamore Spartans on Monday, falling 5-0. The loss continues a trend for Ottawa in their meetings with Sycamore: they've now lost eight in a row.

Ottawa's defeat dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Sycamore, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-3-1.
