Basketball Recap: North Hunterdon Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when North Hunterdon took on Bridgewater-Raritan on Thursday. The North Hunterdon Lions fell 34-25 to the Bridgewater-Raritan Panthers. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 29-27 back in December of 2024.

North Hunterdon's defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 6-7. As for Bridgewater-Raritan, their win ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-6.

North Hunterdon will square off against Columbia at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Bridgewater-Raritan, they are taking a road trip to square off against Hamilton at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.
