Soccer Recap: Northglenn Picks Up Second Consecutive Victory

Northglenn barely beat Kennedy the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Norsemen never let the Commanders get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory on Tuesday. Haris Dumanjic was a massive factor in the win as he booted in three goals all by himself.

The win made it two in a row for Northglenn and bumps their season record up to 3-1-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those two contests. As for Kennedy, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Northglenn will host Thornton at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Northglenn will be up against Thornton's rather soft defense (which has allowed five goals per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Kennedy, they will challenge Lincoln at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
