Football Recap: Odyssey Institute Victorious + How To Watch

Odyssey Institute proved they can win big last Friday (they won by 25) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They won a game that couldn't have been any closer, slipping by the Winslow Bulldogs 13-12. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but the Minotaur were the better team in the second half.

Jace Collins was a one-man wrecking crew as he rushed for 100 yards and one TD on only 12 carries.

When it comes to explaining why Winslow lost, don't look at Gino Quinones. Despite the final result, he rushed for 108 yards and a pair of touchdowns, and also threw for 142 yards on 12 of 26 attempts.

Odyssey Institute's record is now 2-0. As for Winslow, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Odyssey Institute will head out to square off against Arete Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Winslow, they will venture away from home to challenge Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
