Softball Recap: Blue Eye Find Success

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Blue Eye). They were the clear victors by a 20-5 margin over the Bradleyville Eagles on Monday. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Blue Eye's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Bradleyville, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Blue Eye wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 19-6 victory against Verona on the 8th. As for Bradleyville, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Crane at 5:00 p.m. on the 17th.
