Softball Recap: Triton Hawks vs. Pine Forest Trojans

In what's become a running theme this season, Triton gave their fans yet another huge win on Tuesday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Pine Forest Trojans a 13-0 shutout. The victory was familiar territory for Triton who now have five in a row.

Not much got past Aubree Bass, who gave up just one hit and racked up seven Ks to keep Pine Forest off the board. Bass has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts in eight consecutive pitching appearances.

On the hitting side, Takyra (TK) Mclean was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-4. Another player making a difference was Bailey Johnson, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-4.
