Jersey Shore won the last time they faced Shikellamy, and Bo Sechrist did his part to make sure it happened again. The Bulldogs blew past the Braves 42-14 on Friday thanks in part to Sechrist, who rushed for 220 yards and three scores while picking up 10.5 yards per carry. He was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 63 yards.

Kash Herritt was another key player, rushing for 124 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only 11 carries. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up a sack and making eight total tackles (2.0 for loss).

Jersey Shore didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Carson Watkins.

When it comes to explaining why Shikellamy lost, don't look at Thomas Pollock. Despite the final result, he picked up 92 receiving yards and two TDs.

Jersey Shore's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Shikellamy, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.

Coming up, Jersey Shore will head out to take on Williamsport at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Shikellamy, they will welcome Central Mountain at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Braves will be up against the Wildcats' rather soft defense (which has allowed 36.2 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
