Soccer Game Preview: Minor vs. Wenonah

The Minor Tigers will head out on the road to face off against the Wenonah Dragons at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Minor has given up an average of 4.5 goals per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Monday just wasn't the day for Minor's offense. They lost 10-0 to McAdory on Monday. While losing is never fun, Minor can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Alabama soccer rankings (they are ranked 164th, while McAdory are ranked 40th).

McAdory typically has all the answers at home, but last Monday Wenonah proved too difficult a challenge. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Yellowjackets. The victory was familiar territory for Wenonah, who have now won three contests in a row.

Minor's defeat dropped their record down to 3-11-2. As for Wenonah, their win bumped their record up to 4-8-1.
