Basketball Recap: Kootenai Piles Up the Points Against Mullan

Kootenai was handed a heart-breaking three-point defeat in their last match, but they sure didn't let that happen against Mullan on Tuesday. The Kootenai Warriors claimed a resounding 50-12 win over the Mullan Tigers. That looming 50-12 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Warriors yet this season.

Kootenai's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-11. As for Mullan, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-14.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kootenai will host St. Maries at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Mullan, they and Non Varsity Opponent will face off at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday without much rest having both just played.
