Volleyball Recap: La Salle Lancers vs. Saugus Centurions
La Salle lost against Saugus back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Lancers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Centurions. Considering the last time the Lancers couldn't score was back in August, the team can't take the result too hard.
This is the second loss in a row for La Salle and nudges their season record down to 11-7-1. As for Saugus, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 23-4.
La Salle wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Mayfield on the 26th. As for Saugus, they have also already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Granada Hills Charter on the 26th.
