Softball Recap: Hampton Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Hampton Christian Academy was the 8-2 winner over Peninsula Catholic when they last played one another back in May of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. Hampton Christian Academy fell 6-1 to Peninsula Catholic on Friday. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hampton Christian Academy saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jayla Crosby, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base.

Hampton Christian Academy now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Peninsula Catholic, they pushed their record up to 7-2 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

Looking ahead, Hampton Christian Academy is taking a road trip to challenge StoneBridge at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Peninsula Catholic, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Atlantic Shores Christian at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
