Recap: Pelion vs. Mid-Carolina
The Pelion Panthers were not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They ended up on the wrong side of a rough 5-0 walloping at the hands of Mid-Carolina. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Pelion of the 11-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture last Monday.
Pelion's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Mid-Carolina, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pelion will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Fox Creek at 7:00 p.m. on March 19th. As for Mid-Carolina, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Clinton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
