The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Coral Springs Charter has scored all season.
When it comes to explaining why Coral Springs Charter lost, one person who can't be blamed is Michael Chin. Despite the final result, he scored eight points along with nine rebounds. That's the first time this season that Chin pulled down eight or more rebounds.
Daniel Amiel Eilon was the offensive standout of the game as he scored 12 points. Ocean Nahum was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with five assists.
Coral Springs Charter's defeat was their 11th straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 0-14. As for Don Soffer Aventura, they now have a winning record of 6-5.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Coral Springs Charter won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Monarch at 7:30 p.m. on January 19th. Hopefully Monarch focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 18 on Thursday.
