It was a proper cat-fight when Hermann faced off against Linn on Monday. The Bearcats blew past the Wildcats 3-0. The Bearcats haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Hermann walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-14, 25-23, 25-23.

Hermann's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Brynlee Ash led the charge by getting five digs and three aces.

Ash wasn't the only good servers: Hermann was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. The Bearcats are 9-2 when they serve at least ten aces.

Hermann's victory bumped their record up to 15-13-2. As for Linn, their defeat ended a seven-match streak of away wins and brought them to 21-8-3.

Looking ahead, Hermann will challenge Duchesne on Thursday. Linn does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
