Volleyball Recap: Hockaday Takes a Loss

Hockaday's tournament run continued when they took on Redondo Union on Friday. The Daisies fell 2-0 to the Sea Hawks.

Despite the defeat, Hockaday saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Avery Park had ten assists and seven digs.

Hockaday's loss dropped their record down to 16-16. As for Redondo Union, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-3.

Hockaday wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Woodrow Wilson on the 20th. As for Redondo Union, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Marymount on the 20th.
