Softball Recap: Springtown Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Springtown's offense. They came up short against the Boyd Yellowjackets on Friday, falling 9-0. The Porcupines just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Springtown's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Boyd, their record is now 6-2.

Springtown wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 10-0 win against Benbrook on the 20th. As for Boyd, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 13-10 victory against Plainview on the 20th.
