Softball Preview: Indian Land Warriors vs. North Augusta Yellow Jackets

Indian Land has enjoyed a four-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will challenge the North Augusta Yellow Jackets at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Last Tuesday, everything went Indian Land's way against Laurens as Indian Land made off with a 12-4 win.

Meanwhile, North Augusta had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They blew past Pickens 11-3. The victory was familiar territory for North Augusta who now have six in a row.

LeAnn Gilbert spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned runs on six hits and racked up 11 Ks.
