Football Game Preview: Oakmont Vikings vs. St. Genevieve Valiants + How To Watch

Two dominant signal callers in Elijah Stevens and Michael Wynn are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Oakmont Vikings will look to defend their home field on Friday against the St. Genevieve Valiants at 7:00 p.m. Oakmont has given up an average of 28.4 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Friday, Oakmont ended up a good deal behind Lincoln and lost 49-31.

The match pitted two dominant signal callers against one another in Stevens and Eli Duff. Duff had a great game and threw for 236 yards and a pair of TDs while completing 77.8% of his passes. St. Genevieve's win came from a few key players Oakmont will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Jayden Lepley, who picked up 88 receiving yards and one score. Tyrique McVay did his part to keep the secondary busy, picking up 88 receiving yards.

Oakmont now has a losing record of 3-4. As for St. Genevieve, their victory bumped their record up to 6-1.
