Volleyball Recap: West Caldwell Triumphs

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Wilkes Central, West Caldwell was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Chase Trojans, sneaking past 3-2.

West Caldwell took Chase into a fifth set where they got it done with a seven-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-27, 25-20, 25-21, 23-25, 15-8.

West Caldwell's victory bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Chase, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

West Caldwell has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Freedom on the 27th. As for Chase, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against R-S Central on the 28th.
