Volleyball Recap: Mallory Beier and Jordan Blahosky Secure Win for Willmar

Fans were treated to a battle of the Cardinals on Tuesday. Willmar walked away with a 3-1 victory over Alexandria. For Willmar, this counts as revenge for the 3-0 win Alexandria walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-14, 20-25, 25-14.

Leading Willmar to victory were Jordan Blahosky and Mallory Beier. Blahosky had 12 digs and two aces, while Beier had 13 digs and four assists. Blahosky is crushing it when it comes to digs: she's had at least ten every time she's taken the court this season.

Willmar's victory bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Alexandria, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 3-4.
