There's no place like home for Urban, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the San Domenico Panthers 6-5. This was a revenge game for the Blues: when they faced off against the Panthers last Tuesday, they had to take a 2-0 loss.

Will Perkins spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned (and four unearned) runs on three hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Benji Dawes and Kaden Fox-Gabel did most of the damage at the plate: Dawes scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-4, while Fox-Gabel scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances.

Urban now has a winning record of 4-3. As for San Domenico, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-6.

Urban didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 10-8 loss against Stuart Hall on the 3rd. After both having extra time off, San Domenico and Gateway will shake off the cobwebs and hit the field against one another at 6:30 p.m. on the 11th. The Panthers are facing the Gators at the right time seeing as the Gators are stuck on a five-game losing streak.
