Baseball Recap: Gadsden County Comes Up Short

Gadsden County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 21-2 to the Wakulla Christian School Saints. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Saints this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 21-4 back in February.

Gadsden County's defeat dropped their record down to 1-17. As for Wakulla Christian School, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-7.

Coming up, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Gadsden County Jaguars face off against Bethlehem Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Bethlehem has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 16.83 runs per game on average), something Gadsden County will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Wakulla Christian School, they will take on Munroe at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
