Softball Recap: Manual Arts Comes Up Short

Manual Arts fell victim to Diego Rivera and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They lost 18-0 to the Huskies. The Toilers haven't had much luck with the Huskies recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Manual Arts' loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Diego Rivera, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-4.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Manual Arts is set to take on their familiar foe Santee at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Diego Rivera will square off against rival Jefferson at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
