Softball Recap: Decatur Eisenhower Takes a Loss

Decatur Eisenhower fell victim to Champaign Central and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Maroons, falling 11-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Maroons: they've now lost eight in a row.

Decatur Eisenhower's loss dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Champaign Central, the win (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 20-1.

Coming up, Decatur Eisenhower will square off against Glenwood at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Champaign Central, they will take on Peoria Notre Dame at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
