They never let the Whale Branch Warriors onto the board and left with a 17-0 victory. Kadence Poston made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and only one hit while striking out 11 over four innings pitched. Poston has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than eight strikeouts in three consecutive pitching appearances. Poston was also big at the plate, getting on base in all three of her plate appearances with a home run, two runs, and two RBI.
In other batting news, Payten Poston was a standout: she scored two runs and stole two bases.
