Soccer Preview: Grove City vs. Hickory
Grove City and Hickory are an even 5-5 against one another since October of 2019, but likely not for long. The Grove City Eagles will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against the Hickory Hornets at 7:45 p.m.
On Saturday, Grove City didn't have quite enough to beat Neshannock and fell 2-1.
Meanwhile, Hickory won against Wilmington on Wednesday with four goals and they decided to stick to that goal total again on Saturday. Hickory blew past Karns City 4-1. The Hornets' winning goal came courtesy of Eric Mccrimmon.
Grove City's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Hickory, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
