Baseball Game Preview: Lower Merion Aces vs. Harriton Rams

The Lower Merion Aces will square off against the Harriton Rams at 3:45 p.m. on Monday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Lower Merion fought the good fight in their extra-innings contest against Springfield on Wednesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Cougars by a score of 4-3.

Meanwhile, Harriton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against Marple Newtown, falling 12-0. The game marked the first time this season in which the Rams were not able to get on the board.

Lower Merion now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Harriton, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-6.

Lower Merion got the 'W' in their previous meeting back in April of 2025 against Harriton by a conclusive 10-1 score. Will the Aces repeat their success, or do the Rams have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
