Jefferson's win ends three-game losing streak on the road

The Jefferson Dragons can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They skirted past Chamberlain 60-58. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.

Chamberlain lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Kmar Johnson, who scored 20 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Johnson has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of DeVonte Spears, who scored 17 points.

Jefferson's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-12. As for Chamberlain, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost nine of their last ten contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-13 record this season.

Jefferson will be playing at home against Gaither at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Chamberlain, they will head out on the road to take on King at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
