The third road contest was the charm for Glendale Prep Academy, as they earned their first away victory of the season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the San Pasqual Valley Warriors 54-14. Considering the Griffins have won four matchups by more than 39 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Glendale Prep Academy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Joshua McHale, who threw for 180 yards and six touchdowns while completing 83.3% of his passes. That's the most passing touchdowns McHale has posted since back in August of 2024. Atticus Wyzevich did his part for the team as well, scoring a TD off of 30 receiving yards.

Glendale Prep Academy was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 232 rushing yards. They are a perfect 3-0 when they've run for more than 200 yards.

Glendale Prep Academy didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Elias Segman, McHale, and Dylan Lincoln picked up one apiece. Lincoln also hauled in three receiving touchdowns, which is notable because Glendale Prep Academy is undefeated when he posts at least two receiving touchdowns, but 1-2 otherwise.

When it comes to explaining why San Pasqual Valley lost, don't look at Alex Acuna. Despite the final result, he rushed for 64 yards and one score, and also picked up 52 receiving yards.

The victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 4-2. As for San Pasqual Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.
