Softball Recap: Bonneville's Win on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

While Bonneville's win against Skyline wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Bees narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Grizzlies 6-4. The win was nothing new for the Bees as they're now sitting on three straight.

Gracie Longhurst spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and two unearned) runs on four hits and racked up 16 Ks. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't tossed less than nine strikeouts in nine consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Paisley Bowler was excellent, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in April.

Bonneville's victory bumped their record up to 15-9. As for Skyline, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-11-1.

Bonneville has already played their next game, a 5-1 win against Blackfoot on the 6th. Skyline does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
