Northwest has gone a perfect 3-0 against Trinity recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Texans will look to defend their home court against the Trojans at 5:30 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Northwest lost 3-0 to Byron Nelson on Tuesday. The Texans haven't had much luck with the Bobcat recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-16, 25-14.

Meanwhile, Trinity came up short against V.R. Eaton on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

Trinity was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made V.R. Eaton work for it, especially in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 27-25, 25-11.

Northwest's defeat dropped their record down to 23-12. As for Trinity, their loss dropped their record down to 13-26.

Northwest beat Trinity 3-1 when the teams last played back in September. Do the Texans have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Trojans turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
