Football Recap: St. James' Undefeated Season over After Three Games

After flying high against West St. John last Friday, St. James came back down to earth. The Wildcats lost 28-8 to the Terrebonne Tigers on Friday. The Wildcats were not able to make up for their loss to the Tigers from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Quincy Adams had an outrageously good game for Terrebonne as he rushed for 287 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 13.0 yards per carry. Adams is crushing it when it comes to rushing touchdowns: he's punched in at least two every time he's taken the field this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, St. James fell to 2-1. As for Terrebonne, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. James will square off against Ponchatoula at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Terrebonne, they will challenge Hahnville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The contest will give Terrebonne their first taste of in-conference action this season.
