Soccer Recap: Freedom Takes a Loss

Freedom lost to Woodbridge back in May of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Eagles came up short against the Vikings, falling 9-0. Freedom have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Freedom's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Woodbridge, their win bumped their record up to 2-5.

Coming up, Freedom will take on Forest Park at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Woodbridge, they will venture away from home to face off against Potomac Senior at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Woodbridge will be up against Potomac Senior's rather soft defense (which has allowed 8.43 goals per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
