Basketball Recap: Columbia Falls Takes a Loss

Columbia Falls lost against Custer County back in March of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Columbia Falls Wildcats might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting the Custer County Cowboys an easy 68-45 victory. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Columbia Falls' defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Custer County, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Columbia Falls will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Frenchtown at 7:15 p.m. on January 9, 2025. Custer County also won't see the court for a while: their next match is against Baker at 6:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
