Basketball Recap: Howell Central Comes Up Short

If Howell Central was riding high fresh off their 49-24 takedown of Washington last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Howell Central Spartans received a blow on Wednesday as they fell 68-49 to the Fort Zumwalt West Jaguars. The Spartans have struggled against the Jaguars recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Howell Central's defeat dropped their record down to 9-5. As for Fort Zumwalt West, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-3.
