Volleyball Recap: Lakeview Beats Reynolds for Their Third Straight Win

Lakeview proved they can win big on Monday (they won by three) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Reynolds Raiders 3-2. The win was nothing new for the Sailors as they're now sitting on three straight.

Lakeview was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The final score came out to 25-16, 22-25, 23-25, 25-19, 15-9.

Lakeview's victory bumped their record up to 12-4. As for Reynolds, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 7-8.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Lakeview will square off against rival Rocky Grove at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Reynolds is set to take on their familiar foe Jamestown at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
