Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Kingsford). They were the clear victors by a 16-1 margin over the Ishpeming Hematites on Monday. The win continues a trend for the Flivvers in their matchups with the Hematites: they've now won seven in a row.

The victory got Kingsford back to even at 8-8. As for Ishpeming, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.

Coming up, Kingsford will take on Negaunee at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Miners will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Flivvers surely won't give up without a fight. As for Ishpeming, they will challenge Gwinn at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Hematites are facing the Modeltowners at the right time seeing as the Modeltowners are stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
