Basketball Recap: Napoleon/Gackle-Streeter Comes Up Short

Napoleon/Gackle-Streeter was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They came up short against the Wyndmere/Lidgerwood Warbirds, falling 59-34. The Imperials were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Warbirds apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2020.

Napoleon/Gackle-Streeter's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Wyndmere/Lidgerwood, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-3.

Napoleon/Gackle-Streeter will challenge LaMoure/Litchville-Marion at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wyndmere/Lidgerwood, they will host Maple River at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
